HikerX shaped the experience around a simple idea: growth feels more meaningful when it is shared. Employees who had joined Tencent for around one year were invited to take part together with their families, bringing personal milestones, company culture and family connection together through interactive activities, market-style zones, shared social spaces and live programming.
